The Problem

Since launching the company in 2017, our experienced team has understood that women struggle to translate their long-term visions into more manageable and attainable goals and objectives when opening businesses or progressing in careers.

Over 20% of all female-owned enterprises already closed since COVID-19, which can be blamed on the lack of time, money and opportunity-based obstacles.

Therefore, if business owners cannot break down their future desires into achievable goals, then their potential for success is reduced due to overwhelm, confusion and lack of affordable focused direction, informed planning and decision-making.

Not only does this impact the equality of women, holding female professionals back from their potential success also has worldwide social, financial and economic effects.

To solve this problem ProspHER is fundraising to develop software for female founders and career women, that easily converts the visions for their lives into long, medium and short-term goals, that are then used to create monthly, weekly and daily action plans.

Plus, from research we have conducted post-pandemic, ProspHER Wish will be at least 80% more efficient than a user independently creating a vision board as a one-off exercise due to the integrated accountability and support, and 50% more effective than traditional business strategy coaching that usually involves a high amount of money and time investment (and is often unattainable to new female-founders due to this).

ProspHER Wish will also reduce the closures of female-founded businesses by at least 25% by users achieving their goals faster and improving business income generation, sales, cash flow and finances through more informed and focused decision-making.
